Welcome to the third issue of "Create Your Rainbow," - a newsletter designed to help unleash your community creativity. 🌈

The first half of this newsletter will always be dedicated to educational and informational content written by me. The bottom half is dedicated to updates on what I’ve been working on and premium content for Inner Colors members!

My Letter To You

I’ve been doing a lot of EdTech research lately in the development of an education platform for Together. I intend to explore ways that an incentive program inspired by the merit badge system similar to the Girl Scouts can leverage the power of blockchain technology to reward students for their knowledge and skills.

Organizations like Learning Economy are already working on solutions and I've been paying close attention to Ed3DAO. Incredible people creating incredible solutions.

I have seen first-hand the importance of learning, growth, and building a supportive network.

The merit badge system offers just that:

• A chance for students to grow, learn, and succeed in the field of their choice through an interactive and engaging platform.

• A certificate that verifies their expertise.

• A strong sense of community and belonging among students.

Students feel great accomplishment and fulfillment as they progress through modules, consisting of quizzes, games, workshops, and a thesis project that would promote them to a new rank, bringing it all together. This motivation encourages them to continue their journey.

Additionally, the integration of web3 technology provides students with:

• Authenticity and verifiability of their certificates.

• A competitive advantage in the job market.

This badge system has the potential to provide a bridge between education and employment for community professionals, who are often underpaid and undertrained.

With its focus on real-world skills and collaboration, this advancement in EdTech could be life-changing for students and professionals alike.

On Wednesday, xCollective hosted a chat about compensation in web3, one of my favorite topics. It inspired this tweet that, in my experience, resonates with many in this space.

I love discussing different avenues for community members to contribute to their favorite web3 businesses and how those contributions can ultimately be mutually beneficial.

Council of Extraordinary Writers

This weekend I hosted a workshop on storytelling and worldbuilding with the Together community. We had 10 dedicated holders join on a Saturday afternoon to brainstorm the stories and worlds we will tell as a community, Together. We even gained a new member because of it!

Members who join these sessions are awarded a token of recognition, inducting them into the Council indefinitely.

Together will use the stories we create with this Council to further our mission, weaving education modules from our learning platform into this world.

Members of this council will be able to mint and own artwork produced through their imaginative stories and own 100% of their work. We just want to have fun and build awe-inspiring worlds for us all to enjoy!
